Filters
Diatomaceous Earth Filters (D.E.)
We take apart the filter, take out the innards and clean it all up. At this time we also inspect the grids for tears.

Sand Filters
Sand filters occasionally need sand replacement. We replace the sand with a product called Zeo-best. The difference in water quality is fantastic, and the cost is the same as the necessary amount for sand. We charge $1.00 per pound of sand, including labor.
Size Filter Cost 300lb $300.00 500lb $500.00 Cartridge Filters Cartridge filters are like banded D.E. filters. Take them apart and clean the cartridges. We, again, inspect the integrity of the cartridge. Banded cartridge filters: $18.00 per cartridge 4-cartridge filters: $72.00 8-cartridge filters: $144.00 Pool Water and Cosmetic Shell If a pool’s water needs to be changed we will drain it and get the water running back into it (you’ll have to turn off the water), and add start-up chemicals for $175.00. Sometimes it’s prudent to take advantage of a draining to clean the plaster, pebble, and/or tile. Pools that are green or have sat for awhile may need sanitizing. A chlorine wash will sanitize the pool, killing the algae left on the plaster or pebble. An acid bath can remove many of the stains on your pool’s finish built up from calcium, dirt, and a myriad of other things. Glass beading will take off the calcium deposits built up on your tile making your tile appear new again. Water change including start-up chemicals: $125.00 Chlorine wash: $199.00 Acid wash: $199.00 Glass beading: $3.25/perimeter feet of pool waterline tile (The 6” at the top of the water). Elevated bond beam tile is also $3.25/ per 12” long by 6” wide increments. Pool Start-ups If you are building a new pool or restarting an old pool we will come to your home, show you how your control panel, valves, filter, pumps, switches and other equipment work, and set them up for you. We will show you how to calculate the amount of gallons of water in your pool, how many gallons per minute your pump and filter will process, and how long to run the pump for proper circulation in your pool. And we also will give you a basic lesson in water chemistry. We also do miscellaneous small repairs on tile, plaster (rebar/rust bleed) and/or pebble. Just ask for an estimate. We can install jump and diving boards in existing decks… and much more. We can provide any item of pool equipment you may need, from pumps to filters to salt systems, and we can install them for you. No two projects are the same. We don't believe in one price fits all, because we won't skimp on your service. We provide accurate, realistic, and reasonable estimates. The final cost will be based on actual time and materials.
